Note: Delivery time may take  21 to 25 business days . Tracking is normal, but there may not be immediate updates on your package, so please be patient.

Shipping and Return Policy

While we strive for perfection in every order, errors can sometimes occur. We can provide replacements and refunds for your orders if there are any defects. If you are requesting a replacement or refund, please include photographic proof of the product with your order.

Cases where we cover the cost of reprinting (copies) or provide a refund:

• There are manufacturing issues with your product.
• The products in your order were damaged or broken during shipping.
• You received the wrong product in your order.
• The order was lost in transit, but the original delivery address was correct.
• The order was lost in transit, and the actual delivery time exceeded the general delivery timeframe for orders.

If the goods delivered to you fall under any of the criteria mentioned above, please follow the steps below to request assistance from our customer service:

• You must submit a return request within  14 business days  of receiving your goods.
• After  14 business days , no returns will be accepted. Additionally, if goods are returned before you submit your request, those goods will be confiscated.
• Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping labels. We will send you return instructions separately via email.
• It will take approximately  5-10 business days  to process your refund.
